In this report a panel consisting of four leaders of small and globally affiliated advertising agencies discuss the evolution of agency remuneration. They evaluate the remuneration methods of their respective agencies, the related issues of each method, the mechanisms adopted by them to ensure full transparency, and the trends in the last few years.
