Article Abstract:

There are opportunities for commercial property development in Czechoslovakia where the available buildings are unsuitable for modern business use. The property market in Czechoslovakia is emerging but finance and developers continue to come from Western sources. The procedure for obtaining planning and building permission is time consuming and complicated so the services of a local agent are necessary. Developers should also have permanent offices in the country and employ at least one person who knows the language.

Most parents are familiar with cold and flu symptoms, but not all parents can recognize some rarer aliments. These include rotavirus; respiratory syncytial virus; roseola; erythema, also called fifth disease; and hand, foot and mouth disease. Drug use is also often a surprise for parents of teenagers.
