Article Abstract:

The practice of microgeneration or production of power locally than through centralized power sources is advised for all constructions, to minimize carbon emissions and preserve a dependable supply of energy. A debate revolves around ways to encourage adoption of microgeneration, and its terms eventually develop into a kind of communal harmony project to involve people in personal power generation.
