Premenstrual use of Prozac approved by U.S. officials

Prozac has been approved by the US government as the first drug for major mood problems suffered by premenstrual women. The antidepressant drug, produced by Eli Lilly and Co., will be marketed under the Sarafem brand name.

Lilly antidepressant is dealt a setback
