Reading our own: Publishers have discovered that Canadians really want to read homegrown magazines

Article Abstract:

A survey carried out by the Canadian Magazine Publishers Association (CMPA) proves that Canadians prefer to read Canadian publications to other magazines from foreign markets. The steps taken by the CMPA in order to benefit readers while buying a magazine from the stands, so that they may recognize a home publication immediately have been appreciated well, thus resulting in an overall increase in sales of Canadian magazines.
