Rogers in 'social cleansing' furore

When Lord Richard Rogers delivers a lecture on "The city and the architect's role" in March 2001, the event will be targeted by Transgressive Architecture. The radical protest group believes that Rogers' work promotes "social cleansing" in that it aims to improve public spaces by removing the homeless.
