Bush and Clinton are resorting to personal attacks upon one another in their campaigns. The Clinton campaign is has acquired records on some questionable business dealings of the Bush family. The Bush campaign has questioned both the personal integrity and political viability of Clinton.

Article Abstract:

The three-way race in Texas appears very close on the eve of the election, with Clinton and Bush running even in the polls and Perot's popularity improving. Bush is devoting a large portion of his resources to the Texas effort. A strong Perot showing may aid Bush.
