Skaggin targets longer storage - with latest cooling system

Article Abstract:

The latest cooling technology developed by Skaggin to improve the shelf life of fish is described. The mechanism involved in the process is also described. It involves regulating salt, ice and anti-microbial elements. Skaggin is trying to achieve an extra week's shelf life for the fish.
