Calgary-based satellite provider Star Choice's recent request for proposal (RFP) process is being lauded by the agencies in Calgary. Not only the winning agency, Highwood Communications, but also those who did not make it, are praising the process. The key ingredients included u no costly and time-consuming spec creative, a streamlined selection process, and information shared equally with all agencies.
