Tax Britannica: planning ahead has never been more essential, with legal changes and new developments affecting how much tax you pay

Article Abstract:

The chancellor has much to say about level playing fields between the Inland Revenue and the tax payers, and through changes he has made, the field is definitely not level between the different business structures according to the prejudged report. Professional advice is useful in order to mitigate and reduce tax by legitimate means.

Design code really has emerged the winner as a new material consideration, despite the fact that the planning profession seems to be in denial. Keith Hill the Planning minister says that there may be scope for negotiation if the level of information required that should be appropriate to the complexity of the scheme.
