The seller's desire is for a sale that is liable for capital gains tax at only 10 per cent

Article Abstract:

Ways of tackling Capital Gains tax bill by executing the sale of business correctly in cases where there are no reliable or willing heirs, is discussed with options such as business where goodwill is involved sellers are advised to insist on share sale, non trade assets and excess cash are to be kept within 20 percent limit, and to avoid tax totally seller can leave the country. Considering the cost of options it is advisable to pay the 10 percent capital gain tax on sale of the business.

The mayor will expect applications to generate at least 10 per cent of the site's energy needs

Article Abstract:

The new policy requirements for energy efficiency and renewable energy technology introduced by London's mayor Ken Livingstone, specifies the criteria would be to use less energy, to use renewable energy, and to supply energy efficiently. The mayor expects applications referred to him, to generate at least ten percent of the site's energy needs from renewable energy on the site where feasible.

The government pressure has opened museum doors to activities from social events to social work that are not related to collections. The consultation going on with Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) gives more importance to museum objects, as policy-makers seem to be looking for a balance between the old and new visions of the museum.
