Tos Celakovice (TOSC) (Celkovice, Czech Republic), machine tool manufacturer, expects proceeds of CEK 400 mil in 2000. The firm saw proceeds of CEK 245 mil for Jan-Aug 2000. Its total proceeds amounted to CEK 378 mil for 1999. Its exports generated nearly CEK 136 mil in 1999. About 17% of the firm's exports went to Germany, 13% to Italy, 11% to Spain and 10% to Canada. TOSC's largest domestic consumer is the automotive company Skoda Auto (Mlada Boleslav, Czech Republic). TOSC's production programme is focused on lathes and tooth system production machines. Its current production capacity is 100 lathes and 30-40 tooth system production machines per year. The firm produced 74 lathes in 1999. It also produces large fitted machines including tooth system production machines for their consumers.
