Towards a model of adoption in Internet banking: strategic communication challenges

Article Abstract:

A study, focusing on two perspectives, is presented. Firstly, it focuses on the role of technology (internet banking) in a service organization, which can serve to reduce costs and often improve service reliability. And secondly, the role of personalized relationships in the delivery of any service proposition.
