Siemens, Yaskawa of Japan agree to form venture

Article Abstract:

Siemens AG will form a joint venture with Yaskawa Electric Corp. Siemens will pay approximately 3.38 billion yen (29.2 million euros) for a 50% share in Yaskawa's Yaskawa Systems Engineering Corp.
