Urban supply - demand interrelations in business services

Article Abstract:

Business services are mostly concentrated in major economic areas, and affect the way in which supply and demand interact at the urban level. A study involving the corresponding impact for location and use, given a set of explanatory factors tested within the Madrid region is presented. The results indicate the expected limited impact of local supply on demand behavior and differences depending on the types of services.
