The new PALVIRTUAL kiosk has been launched by PhileoAllied Bank at the Mines Shopping Fair mall in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The PALVIRTUAL kiosk has a MicroTouch touchscreen to conduct banking transactions by clients and use videoconferencing to talk directly with Customer Service Officers. In addition, the kiosk features the PALTELLER self service touchscreen computer terminal. PALTELLER offers user friendly graphics and icons to introduce clients to the different banking and investment services. The PALVIRTUAL kiosk includes the following services: - PALPOINT which is an automated teller machine - PALPHONE which is a phone banking service - PALWORLD which is a PC-based online service
