What about the fishermen?

Article Abstract:

The dolphins were victims of yellowfin tuna fishing; to save the dolphins an international government forum has launched a new dolphin safe tuna fishing norm and for the benefit of the consumers a 'Dolphin Safe' label on the packages of the compliant fisheries was used. The San Francisco based Earth Island, a self-proclaimed dolphin protector is contesting that they can only award the dolphin safe standard. The out come of the case is eagerly awaited by the likes of jobless fishermen of Ensenada, Mexico.
