Gucci Group hits snag in acquisition of Sanofi

Article Abstract:

Gucci Group NV acquisition if Sanofi Beaute, which controls Yves Saint Laurent, is being held up by snags including a personality conflict with Yves Saint Laurent's co-founder and chief executive, Pierre Berge.
