The speculations about the Philadelphia's cable powerhouse acts after taking over on premier television content as ESPN, ABC and the Disney channel is discussed stressing that a Philadelphia sports fan can give a better preview regarding the merging issue.

Comcast plans to finance deal by issuing stock
