Article Abstract:

The US Airways reckless baggage handling, bad management and holding bonus miles is discussed. Resulting from thousands of angry passengers, mountains of diverted luggage and potentially fatal loss of business for the airlines leading to Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection is described.
