A Framework for Retail Planning

Article Abstract:

Success in the retail world does not just happen; it takes careful planning, attention to day-to-day operations and long term goals, attention to the internal and external environment, and the willingness to be flexible. A model for retail planning and management is presented, along with three case studies of retail operations, which have utilized effective retail management techniques, and are extremely successful within their fields.
