A marketing research in museums?

Article Abstract:

Museums marketing literature shows that museum marketing attitudes have changed and that although museum management is now focused on the provision of a public service, some smaller museums are not keeping up with new marketing strategies which have been adopted by larger concerns. Training courses are being developed to encourage museum directors to work together with other museums to share marketing information and expertise for their overall mutual benefit.

Machiavellian marketing: the development of corporate lobbying in the UK

Article Abstract:

It was found that commercial lobbying and campaigning is becoming increasingly important because markets are becoming more international. Corporate lobbying is becoming more structured as ideas from the US are adopted, and the growth in acquisitions and mergers has made it more common for lobbyists to work on behalf of clients.
