MGM Mirage, an American gaming and entertainment company, and The British Land Company plc announced their intention to develop a leisure and entertainment complex. The estimated cost of the project may turn to be between 200 million pound sterling and 250 million pound sterling and its goal is the construction of a major multi-purpose leisure development, incorporating a casino and other related facilities such as restaurants, entertainment venues and a hotel and conference centre.
