The RAF's most senior military accountant, Group Captain Sam Ulhaq expresses his views on working with the armed forces. He is playing an important role in resource management for Strike Command deals with an annual budget of 2.5 euro billion and he is overseeing a merger between the finance and administration functions of Strike Command.

Article Abstract:

A survey of the salaries of the FTSE 100 financial directors (FDs) shows that despite being well paid, there is a record turnover in the top jobs at the UK's largest companies. Some are the result of retirements or the activities of headhunters. However, some FDs are casualties of poor corporate performance and cost cutting measures.
