Primex Technologies Inc., St. Petersburg, Fla., is being awarded a $20,349,056 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for 6,400 each 120 mm armor piercing, fin stabilized, discarding sabot-tracer cartridges. Work will be performed in Red Lion, Pa. (63.44%); and St. Petersburg, Fla. (36.56%), and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on May 26, 1994. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Tank-automotive & Armaments Command, Picatinny Arsenal, N.J. (DAAE30-95-C-0086).
