Coca-Cola and America Online form global marketing alliance

Coca-Cola Co and America Online (AOL) have forged a multi-year, strategic global marketing alliance to develop innovative online and offline marketing programs. The partnership will concentrate on a number of key marketing themes, including movies, music, sports, holidays and community. Coca-Cola will make AOL's interactive services and products available to consumers worldwide through its distribution channels, while AOL will market Coca-Cola Co brands online across its family of global interactive brands.

Kiosks to be placed at Ford dealers

Article Abstract:

Driveitaway.com, a Website that focuses on dealer-to-consumer used car autions, has agreed to promote dealerships operated by the Ford Dealer Development Group. The agreement allows consumets to test-drive cars they find on Driveitaway.com at these participating dealers and place bids from the showroom floor using special Internet kiosks. In exchange Ford Dealer development will promote Driveitaway.com kiosos in dealership newspaper ads and will display point-of-sale marketing materials at each site.

Alloy & Sam Goody to co-market

Alloy Online, a convergence media company targeting generation Y, and Musicland Stores Corp's Sam Goody, have teamed up to leverage their strengths with Generation Y shoppers. Under the terms of the deal, Alloy will provide Sam Goody with a powerful 'virtual link' to the teen demographic. In exchange, Sam Goody will provide Alloy with access to the same demographic in a 'real world' environment.
