Designing life insurance for coverage beyond age 100

Article Abstract:

The author discusses life insurance policies which provide coverage beginning at age 100. Coverage exists through means such as riders, no maturity date, or explicit maturity dates. The author discusses the tax rules under IRC section 7702 to which policies must conform for favorable tax treatment.
