Continuous Linked Settlement (CLS) is the world's first cross border, simultaneous foreign exchange settlement system and Nike Inc remains CLS' only corporate user. CLS is ideal for companies that settle more than 10 foreign exchange trades daily, average at least $10 million to $20 million per trade, have centralized treasury operations, trade with counterparty banks who are CLS participants and operate in CLS currencies.
