Dow makes a long story short

Article Abstract:

The Dow Chemical Co (Dow) and its advertising agency Anderson and Lembke came out with a long copy advertisement which effectively draws reader attention to its message. Although long copy ads are risky since they take some length of time to read, the Dow advertisement is a well executed concept which draws attention in stages. This results in the advertisement being perceived as a short copy when it actually is not.
