Finally the party can start

Article Abstract:

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) is endorsing the new Auditing Standard No. 5 and a new 404 guidance, calling upon companies to focus on internal controls deemed appropriate to accurate financial reporting in their 404 audits. Companies are hoping that with these new rules, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX) could finally turn into something positive for them. Details on this topic and what companies think of SOX, having been implemented for five years now, are discussed.
