The problems associated with tax legislation are discussed as the sixth year of Division 7A is approaching. To understand this law, the ICAA and other professional bodies have requested the Australian Taxation Office to elaborate on the law and clarify the issues related to the statute-barred loans operated in the context of Division 7A.
