An investigation into the antecedents of goal congruence in retail-service settings

Article Abstract:

Goal congruence is found to be related to employee perceptions of leadership support, morale, empowerment, and reward allocation fairness. Direct and indirect relationships are explored and analyzed. Discussion regarding morale's mediating role is included.
