IBM applies much polish to its image

IBM Corp is offsetting its losses and financial problems by emphasizing in its advertisements the wide range of services and global expertise it offers its clients. The IBM ads which appeared in the major publications of the country addressed the question of what goes on at IBM and pointed out the advantages of doing business with IBM. IBM aims to promote its products by focusing on its transparency and reliability in conducting its business affairs worldwide.

IBM's roads all lead to Chicago

Article Abstract:

IBM is to fully implement its Chicago model for sales and marketing staff in the Midwest. The model aims to make customers and industries the priority rather than territories. It is attracting much attention and marketing teams from other regions have been studying the model in Chicago. Documentation is being completed including an operating manuel, which will help the transition for other regions.
