Record-high amount of insider selling has been very evident for the past six months. Six insiders reportedly disposed of 283,199 shares at the $24 level last Jan 1993. Distribution has also been substantial ever since the shares went above their 200 day moving average last Nov 1992. There is a possibility that the stock has reacted prematurely to fundamental factors.
