Honing of skills brings in new work

Article Abstract:

Law firms from Manchester, England, have benefited from an increase in work on mergers and acquisitions and are also examining tax changes that could result from a change in government. Competition between law firms has increased with the arrival of outsiders such as law firms from Liverpool, England. Businesses and individuals should assess their tax position and they should pay especial attention to trust law and to value added tax.
