Madison PhotoPlus, a specialty retailer that sells photographic supplies, has achieved success in offering film-processing services at list prices through a D-and-P premium program and an emphasis on excellent value for consumers. Madison PhotoPlus has managed to emerge as a leading film processor in Madison, NJ, despite heavy competition from mini-labs, drug stores and supermarkets in the area. The firm wins repeat business from consumers through marketing initiatives such as providing clients with gift items, such as coolers, watches, T-shirts, tools and tote bags, when they avail of its film-processing services.

Pro-Set is all set for the future

Pro-Set Professional Photo & Imaging Center sells photographic equipment and supplies to commercial photographers and amateur photographers in West Paterson, NJ. It sells mainly medium-format cameras from Mamiya and Hasselblad and high-end Canon and Nikon 35mm cameras plus a small amount of Polaroid point-and-shoot cameras. The company was established by Peter Deley, John McCormack and Walter Bechtler in 1986, after the studio they were working for stopped operations.

Willoughby's: the leaner Phoenix

Article Abstract:

Camera and photo supply retailer Willoughby's is making a comeback as a leaner, more efficient operation under Pres and CEO Joseph Douek. The company has opened new stores under the name Willoughby's Konica Imaging Center after signing a co-branding deal with Konica. The stores feature and market Konica products, but also stock and sell all brands of cameras and photographic film. The company currently operates three co-branded stores.
