Mirror, mirror on the wall

Article Abstract:

Newspaper advertising sales is really all about passion. The will to win and to get the job done as well as blind enthusiasm and sheer love of the job will ensure the financial survival of a newspaper. In order to get these type of people, newspapers should learn to take chances in hiring people who may not have the required selling experience but are inherently passionate. After all, selling advertising space is similar to such activities as capturing an elusive spirit or painting a picture.
