Article Abstract:

The Moscow Space Club has founded the Institute of Humanitarian Space Research (IHSR), an independent research and cultural-educational organization. Research priorities are the analysis of humanitarian aspects of space activity, and contributing to global development. Other activities include dissemination of information on the role of space in daily life and participation in Altai project to formulate a strategy for the spiritual and ecological progress of human civilization. The institute will cooperate with national and international scientific organizations to function properly.

Marion Barry confronts a hostile takeover

Article Abstract:

The GOP-led House subcommittee on the city does not represent its citizens and are free to practice social engineering on it. Gingrich sees that many of the Blacks are conservatives although Democrat. He may be able to work with the leadership. Mayor Marion Barry and other leaders are discussed.

Play in the workplace has been proven to have a positive effect, but it has to be the right sort of activity. The wrong type of fun can be negative and cause stress, but a fun working environment can encourage employees to be more creative and work harder.
