Moo-vers and shakers

Article Abstract:

Two chartered accountants from British Columbia have successfully made the transition from being accounting professionals to managers of a cow-themed ice cream parlor called Cow's. Kent Caulfield left his job as corporate audit manager with Ernst and Young after receiving a catalog of the store and deciding that a career in retailing is calling him.
