Morgan Stanley's CEO lets another big one get away

John Mack, chief executive officer of Morgan Stanley failed to buyout hedge-fund manager FrontPoint Partners last year. This year, Mack has repeated history by letting go of an opportunity to acquire BlackRock, which is one of United States' largest investment management firms.

Google plans to raise $4 billion in new offering
