Article Abstract:

Lockheed Martin Tactical Defense Systems, St. Paul, Minn., is being awarded a $5,319,044 firm-fixed-price, requirements contract for the Navy's AN/UYQ-70(V) Advanced Display System first article units. The total value of the contract, including options for up to seven years of production and associated support services and data, is estimated at $281,560,080. The AN/UYQ-70(V) advanced display system is an evolving family of modular components that may be configured into systems to serve as tactical displays, workstations, processors, or file servers. Work will be performed in Johnstown, Pa. (65%), Eagan, Minn. (10%), Oldsmar, Fla. (10%), Fullerton, Calif. (10%), Forest, Miss. (3%), and Gaithersburg, Md. (2%), and is expected to be completed by January 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the internet with two offers received. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00024-98-D-5202).

Booz, Allen, and Hamilton, Inc., McLean, Va., is being awarded a $10,183,911 modification to previously awarded contract N00421-95-C-K067 to exercise an option for technical and engineering services to support Federal Information Process (FIP)/Non-FIP technical support for information technology programs. Work will be performed in St, Inigoes, Md. (28.84%), Colorado Springs, Colo. (23.14%), Fort Walton Beach, Fla. (12.98%), El Paso, Texas (11.34%), McLean, Va. (11.03%), Stuttgart,Germany (7.17%), Fort Lee, Va. (2.14%), Chesapeake, Va. (2.08%), Tampa, Fla. (.64%), Fairfax, Va. (.37%), and College Station, Texas (.27%), and isexpected to be completed in September 1999. Contract funds in the amount of $1,597,500 will expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Naval Air WarfareCenter Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
