Netplex develops Web-based sales kiosk for Phillips-Van Heusen

Article Abstract:

The Netplex Group Inc has designed sales kiosks for the Van Heusen Retail Div of Phillips-Van Heusen Corp (PVH) to enable PVH to maximize its sales potential by capturing sales transactions that are usually lost due to a lack of in-store product availability. The in-store kiosks can interact with PVH existing e-commerce and back-end order processing systems via the Internet, and thus enable customers to instanly order out-of-stock or special size items.
