Retired corporate vice president of Johnson and Johnson Willard Nielsen, expressed his concern over the lack of civility in public life which is causing the failure of broad consensus on any topic, he was speaking at the forty fourth annual "Distinguished Lecture" at IPR (Institute of Public Relations) in New York.

Drug industry's rep is hurting

The pharmaceutical industry's reputation is experiencing an all time low due to high price of drugs. The drug industry is keeping it's pricing policies under wraps in the guise of trade secrets. The way in which public relations can deal with this problem is discussed.
