The accounting project of the Australian Securities and Investment Commission's (ASIC) has shown certain fields where the companies can improve accounting and disclose their financial reports and incorporate the corporate governance principles for managing the superannuation funds. The organizations can use the principles of corporate governance for improving the fund governance in preparation of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) licensing requirements.
