Article Abstract:

Ambico, A Recoton Company launched its four 1000 series of quality weather-resistant polyurethane camera bags. The company's weather-resistant 2000 series is composed of four units made up of ballistic PVC and ABS plastic hardware. Leica Camera Inc. produced a camera bag line dubbed Billingham Basic. Lowepro turned out The Nature Trekker AW camera backpack. Tamrac Inc. created the Summit Photo Backpack. Tenba manufactured the Tenba Daypack. Vanguard USA Inc. released its Hamton 21 and 25 bags under the Hampton Series.

Xerox launches product, service initiatives

Article Abstract:

Xerox Corp has partnered with Imation Corp of Oakdale, MN, to launch a new line of digital front-end (RIPs) for the Xerox DocuColor printer/copier platform. These RIPs will allow industry-standard proofing available early in the design process. Xerox has also teamed up with Presstek Inc of Hudson, NH, to create the new DocuColor DI Series of digital offset presses, which offer the efficiency of direct imaging with the speed and image quality of a digital offset press.

Camera buying trends

Article Abstract:

Marketers of cameras and camcorders should consider several demographic factors to better segment their consumers. Marketers can develop better strategic marketing campaigns that target specific groups by segmeting their consumers. Among the important demographic factors are the buyer's household income, the age of the household head and the presence of children.
