PhyCor Inc

Article Abstract:

PhyCor Inc showed phenomenal growth from 1988 to 1991. During the period, the firm's earnings rose from $1.2 million to $90 million. It was also able to buy 11 clinics in states such as Texas and North Carolina, and sign service agreements with over 400 doctors. The firm also made almost $40 million when its shares were sold at $16 each in its initial public offering of 2.5 million in Jan 1992.

The merits and permutations of thematically-curated exhibition, "The Big Bang" at Centre Georges Pompidou are evaluated. The Big Bang recategorizes art history according to more contemporary thematics and thematic curation seems here to stay in adapted configurations.
