Garretts, a firm from Leeds, England, was involved in a deal involving Autofil, which carried out an MBO from Parkland Group. A team was assembled by Garretts and Arthur Andersen which included real estate specialists, corporate financiers and lawyers. Companies offering professional services have to offer services crossing international frontiers and from a range of areas.

Hogg Robinson's financial services arm is also performing well and the company's shares are recommended to investors in Jul 1996.
