Spector and Associates (S and A), a public relations (PR) firm based in New Jersey, has filed a breach of contract lawsuit against former partner advertising agency Grafica Inc. S and A Pres Shelly Spector, who filed the 50-page complaint, said that Grafica allied with the PR firm to win a six- figure contract from the New Jersey Lottery. The ad agency, however, later pirated S and A's key PR executive and removed the PR firm from the account.
