Internet telephony presents vast business opportunities for marketers. According to a study by International Data Corp, Internet-based telephone services are expected to grow by the year 2002. This technology offers certain advantages over traditional telephone services. For example, companies are able to use Internet telephony to send online voice and data at an affordable cost.
