Winning ways: establishing an effective workplace recognition system

Article Abstract:

Rewards are differentiated from recognition and workplace recognition program elements are detailed to achieve continued success. However, a majority of business enterprises recognize a mere 5% or less of its employees. In addition, the rewards given usually do not reinforce the good behavior of such employees.
